Conversational Topics

Each call gets categorized by user created Topics, allowing the calls to be reviewed more efficiently. Topics I’d create for example would be Issues & Complaints, Possible Lead, Transferred Calls, General Q&A, etc. a widget on the dashboard would be cool to represent these calls/topics (great for analytics), as well as the ability to filter the Transcripts by selected Topics.
